1. Co je getgaldur.com
getgaldur.com je web pro distribuci metodiky GALDUR a budování komunity okolo agentic development a operations. Provozuje ho Yggnet Labs s.r.o.
2. Obsah a licence
2.1 Bezplatný obsah
Metodika GALDUR je zdarma ke čtení na tomto webu. Licence: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Při dalším šíření nebo adaptaci musíte uvést: "GALDUR Methodology © Yggnet Labs s.r.o., getgaldur.com — Licensed under CC BY 4.0".
2.2 PDF ke stažení
PDF verze metodiky je dostupná za symbolický příspěvek (5–10 EUR). Zakoupením PDF získáváte právo na osobní a firemní použití dle CC BY 4.0. PDF není možné dále prodávat ani šířit za úplatu.
2.3 Šablony
Šablony (Intent Spec, Trace Audit, Quick Reference) jsou licencovány pod MIT. Volné použití bez podmínek, včetně komerčního.
3. Registrace a uživatelský účet
Registrace je bezplatná. Poskytujete jméno a e-mailovou adresu. Zavazujete se uvádět pravdivé údaje. Yggnet Labs s.r.o. může účet zrušit při porušení těchto podmínek.
4. Zakázané chování
- Vydávat se za jinou osobu nebo organizaci
- Šířit nepravdivé informace o metodice GALDUR
- Zneužívat název nebo ochranné známky GALDUR (viz Trademark PolicyLegal)
- Spamovat nebo obtěžovat ostatní členy komunity
- Vkládat obsah porušující práva třetích stran
5. Omezení odpovědnosti
Metodika GALDUR je poskytována „tak jak je“ (as is). Yggnet Labs s.r.o. neodpovídá za škody vzniklé implementací metodiky. GALDUR není právní, finanční ani bezpečnostní poradce.
6. Ochranné známky
Název „GALDUR™“ je ochranná známka Yggnet Labs s.r.o. Podrobnosti viz getgaldur.com/trademark nebo TRADEMARK.md v GitHub repozitáři.
7. Změny podmínek
Yggnet Labs s.r.o. si vyhrazuje právo tyto podmínky upravit. Registrovaní uživatelé budou informováni e-mailem. Pokračování v používání webu po úpravě znamená souhlas s novými podmínkami.
8. Rozhodné právo
Tyto podmínky se řídí právem České republiky. Případné spory budou řešeny u příslušného soudu v České republice.

The GALDUR methodology is free to read on this website. License: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). When redistributing or adapting it, you must include: "GALDUR Methodology © Yggnet Labs s.r.o., getgaldur.com — Licensed under CC BY 4.0".
2.2 Downloadable PDF
The PDF version of the methodology is available for a symbolic contribution (5–10 EUR). By purchasing the PDF, you obtain the right to personal and company use under CC BY 4.0. The PDF may not be resold or redistributed for payment.
2.3 Templates
Templates (Intent Spec, Trace Audit, Quick Reference) are licensed under MIT. They may be used freely, including for commercial purposes.
3. Registration and user account
Registration is free. You provide your name and email address. You agree to provide truthful information. Yggnet Labs s.r.o. may terminate the account if these terms are violated.
4. Prohibited behaviour
- Impersonating another person or organisation
- Spreading false information about the GALDUR methodology
- Misusing the GALDUR name or trademarks (see the Trademark Policy)
- Spamming or harassing other community members
- Posting content that violates third-party rights
5. Limitation of liability
The GALDUR methodology is provided “as is”. Yggnet Labs s.r.o. is not liable for damages arising from implementing the methodology. GALDUR is not legal, financial or security advice.
6. Trademarks
The name “GALDUR™” is a trademark of Yggnet Labs s.r.o. See getgaldur.com/trademark or TRADEMARK.md in the GitHub repository for details.
7. Changes to the terms
Yggnet Labs s.r.o. reserves the right to update these terms. Registered users will be informed by email. Continued use of the website after an update means agreement with the revised terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent court in the Czech Republic.
